Planned

Proof of Reserves.

ZimX Vault is being designed for transparent reserve verification. No reserves have been established and no ZiGX tokens have been issued at the date of this publication.

Reserve Design

How ZiGX Reserves Will Work

100% Reserve-Backed

ZiGX will not be mintable unless verified reserves equal or exceed total supply. This will be enforced at the smart contract level.

FCA-Regulated Custody

Reserves will be held by FCA-regulated institutional custodians. ZimX will never hold user funds directly.

On-Chain Proof of Reserves

Reserve verification data will be published on-chain via merkle roots and IPFS-hosted reports.

Multisig Governance

All critical operations will require multi-party approval via Gnosis Safe and OpenZeppelin TimelockController.

Mint Limits and Oracle Verification

Per-transaction and daily minting caps will prevent large-scale issuance. Reserve data will be verified through an oracle with configurable staleness checks.

Emergency Controls

Circuit breakers by design.

The contract will be pausable by governance in emergency scenarios. Circuit breakers will halt minting if reserves fall below thresholds.

Pre-Launch Status

Where we are.

ZimX Vault is in the planning stage. Smart contracts for ZiGX are complete. ZIMX token independently audited by Hacken — zero critical or high-severity findings. ZiGX pre-audit internal review complete (27 findings). Boosty Labs remediation in progress. Formal Hacken audit scheduled after remediation. No audit, no deployment. ZimX Vault will launch alongside ZiGX following regulatory approval.
